Description
Black Raspberry is a deciduous, thorny shrub native to North America. It is known for its arching stems, known as canes, and dark purple to black fruits which are smaller than cultivated red raspberries but have an intense, sweet flavor. It is widely used for its fruit in jams, jellies, and desserts and also as a medicinal plant.
